KART RACING – STURGEON BAY

At Thunderhill Raceway - John Miles County Park, 812 North 14th Avenue, formerly The County Fairgrounds Park. Kart Racing is coming back to the Thunderhill Raceway in Sturgeon Bay. Racing will be Wednesday nights. Gates open at 3 PM, racing starts at 6 PM. Practice on Sundays from 1 PM to 6 PM. Cruise launches from the dock adjacent to the Door County Maritime Museum, 120 N. Madison Ave. Each narrated tour lasts 1-1/2 hours and cruises either through the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal or to Sherwood Point Lighthouse (weather permitting). HANDS ON ART STUDIO ADULT NIGHTS – FISH CREEK

Hands On Adult Nights are from 6:30-10:00 each Friday night all year long attracting a diverse crowd, 21 and older, for food, drink, and do-it-yourself art projects in the relaxed atmosphere of the Art Barn. Selected Adult Nights are Rock N’ Roll Art Nights featuring Live Music. It is a 3 1/2 hour kids-free zone. All the studio spaces are open and ready for you to have a fun evening playing with art. 36th ANNUAL DOOR COUNTY CENTURY BIKE RIDE – STURGEON BAY

The Door County Century Ride starts and finishes at the Door County Fairgrounds on the north side of Sturgeon Bay. Three routes of varying lengths provide options for cyclists of all ability levels. Routes of 28 miles, 50 miles ("Half Century"), 70 miles and 100 miles (Century) bring the riders progressively further up the peninsula. Rest stops spaced along the route will provide food, refreshments and rest room facilities along with unforgettable views. The finish line celebration includes a free meal, Fat Tire beer, music and NFL games on giant projection screens.
